Start with one task.
Describe the work you want to improve, the applications involved and the person who approves the result. You do not need a chosen model or a finished technical specification to make an enquiry.
Prepare your enquiry
This form prepares a draft in your own email app. It does not send a message from the website. Required fields are marked “required”; your organisation is optional.
Make the first message useful.
A short process description is more useful than a large attachment. If the work concerns regulated decisions, explain the area of responsibility so that suitable professional review can be considered.
- Explain the starting point.
Name the event that begins the task and the software or document collection currently used. Describe categories of information rather than supplying the underlying records.
- State the desired result.
Tell us what a person should be able to do after the work is complete: review a draft, locate a source, approve a record or monitor an integration.
- Identify a constraint.
Include access restrictions, approval requirements or an existing deadline if relevant. A reply can then distinguish a scoping question from an implementation request.
